Gregory W. Suedkamp November 5, 1959 - January 30, 2023

Gregory W. Suedkamp, 63, passed away peacefully Monday, January 30, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Greg was born November 5, 1959 in Covington, KY to the late Ralph and Marie Suedkamp. Greg graduated from Holy Cross High School and immediately began working at the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company/Duke Energy where he retired after 36 years. During his spare time, Greg enjoyed camping, fishing, bird watching, hiking, boating and, most of all, time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Greg is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jennifer (Overmann) Suedkamp and children: Lauren Best (Scott), Justine Suedkamp, Jennifer Baxley (Scott), and Brandy Suedkamp. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Ella, Madelyn, Juliette, Wade, and Edward.  Greg is remembered by his siblings: Sharon Warneford (Greg), Sandra Suedkamp, Terry Milles (Jim), Gay Sammons (Terry), Tammy Gillespie (Dave), and Barry Suedkamp (Christine), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends all whom he loved deeply. Visitation will be held at Holy Cross Church, 3612 Church Street, Covington, KY, on Monday February 6, 2023 at 10:00am. Mass of Christian Burial immediately follow at 12:00pm. Greg will be laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, KY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Elizabeth Cancer Center (www.stelizabeth.com/medical-services/cancer-care/cancer-center/cancer-center-virtual-grand-opening) or Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth (483 S. Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017). Cremation Society of Northern Kentucky is serving the family.
