Thomas James Pauly March 21, 1969 - July 5, 2023

Thomas James Pauly, “Tom Tom”, 54, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2023, at home in Melbourne, KY. He was born on March 21, 1969, in Covington, KY to Joyce “Corky” Pauly and the late James Pauly. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Kentucky University. Tom was known for his love of the outdoors, sense of adventure, and storytelling abilities. Tom lived in Tampa, FL and worked at HDR Engineering for 14 years before returning to Northern Kentucky. Tom is survived by his mother, Joyce “Corky” Pauly of Fort Thomas, KY, sister, Mindy Hoarston (Paul), niece, Sarah Geisen (Beau), nephew, Jacob Hoarston, aunts Rosie Sweeney (Pat) of Elsmere, KY, Ruth Cavanaugh (Chuck) of Louisville, KY, Mary Jo Burkhardt (Carl) of Alexandria, KY, uncles Harold Hartig, Jimmy Hartig, and Doug “Yak” Hartig of Melbourne, KY, and many cousins, extended relatives, and friends. A gathering will be held to celebrate Tom’s life on Saturday, July 15 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Melbourne Roadhouse at 300 Melbourne Ave., in Melbourne, KY. Come and share your favorite Tom Tom story!
