Thomas Tipton , 68 of Carrollton, Kentucky passed away August 13,2020 .Mr. Tipton has three daughters Jammie Tipton , Melissa Lemaster and Cindy Williams. Two sisters Dixie Garczc and Ova Gray . Grandchildren; Loudon, Tiara, Uza ,Gage, Anston, Miles ,Noah, Adrienne and Addison.
